Brioche Burger Bun (100g)

You know how Marie Antoinette supposedly said "Let them eat cake" when told that her people had no bread?
Well, putting aside any doubts that she actually said anything, what she is actually quoted as saying is “Qu’ils mangent de la brioche” - or “Let them eat brioche.” Because brioche is definitively not a country loaf; it is a classic enriched soft white bread. Brioche is made with eggs and butter and it's one step short of being cake. 

It makes incredible burgers... revolutionary ones.
