CATERING MENU: Focaccia Rosemary & Rock Salt (Whole Slab - UNcut, UNfilled)

A full focaccia slab that can be filled, chopped and prepped for parties.
(These are a catering option; they don't come filled!)

Perfect for wedding anniversaries, private party planning, school camps, etc. 

In our catering menu, we do the great bread; you do the great fillings, toppings and accompaniments. 

Some recipe suggestions include:
Whipped goat's cheese and caponata filled focaccia.
New Orleans layered olive, cheese and salami muffuletta.
Focaccia sticks with mussels and chorizo.

Ingredients: wheat flour, water, sugar, yeast, salt, olive oil. Topped with Olive oil, Rosemary & Rocksalt.

Contains: wheat, gluten. 
May contain traces of soy.
Please note that we handle different nuts and seeds in our bakery.
